oh, when I was in Poland once, we tried to explain "Schwanzlutscher" (cocksucker)
good students know some words for penis of course, that was easy, but no one of us knew the word 'sucker'. but one girl had a lolly, a chupa chups-lolly, with her and cause a lollipop is called 'Lutscher' too
we had a "dick - chupa chups"
when I now see a chupa chups (mostly in commercials with kids) I always have that explanation in my ears
