I dont see people falling over startled just because some girl is standing in a hallway. Especially a hallway that people obviously use a lot.

I feel like she had to have some face makeup on or something to make herself look scary.

But I doubt some chick just standing there is gunna make people fall over from how scared they are.

Especially that girl who walked by, she didnt do shit till she actually looked right into her face , then covered up her mouth.
