I'm not sure where you heard that but lol nothing is really certain at the moment. If you're talking about that thing I mentioned before about my local scene putting shit together, yeah but "end of the year" is a bit of a stretch it could be anytime really.

Knowing your style and some of your tapes,what next step would you like to take as a MC to get exposure?

Next step is to make music that's not neccessarily less personal but less specific to me. Hard to explain really. Stuff people can feel. My tape with Ax is going for exactly that kind of shit, so we'll see what people think when it drops. I think then hopefully you will see what I mean. The single's coming in mid-June, so that should give you an idea. Plus I have my 16 bars entry dropping about a week before that, and that's in a similiar vein.

Obviously circumstances heavily affect the kind of music I make. Working with Ax on this tape brought out a side of me that hasn't been there for quite a while, so i'm excited for people to hear it.

Nah haha, I know that when you eat that shit it takes longer for the weed to affect you. So if you're an idiot and eat five cause the first one didn't do shit, you will be tripping balls. Plus it's just a pain in the arse, why bake it into fuckin cakes? Any time i've had weed it's been on a night out getting pissed with mates, so that really isn't the time i'd expect them to whip out their apron and bake some brownies.

Several reasons

First of all, I don't have a job. Simple explanation really haha. I went to College for two years and then went to University, where I got paid to get drunk every night. But it got boring, so I have returned home and decided to try and get a job. Not going so well at the mo. Nothing I can really do but apply for every fucking job I see that I can do, but when you have 0 experience of work (my high school was fucking stupid when it came to work experience so I never did it like most of my friends - work experience is actually what got some of them their jobs after leaving) that's not a great amount.

Secondly, my family lives on benefits. I actually used to be quite well-off despite living in a more shitty area of my town, used to get all the new game systems n shit. But that was when I had a dad working bringing in money, and he died when I was 13 so since then my family has just lived off benefits. You're not from the UK though so to make it understandable to you benefits = welfare.

I first started writing stuff when I was 13. It wasn't good stuff, but it was stuff lol. I had some friends in school who were more into the rock side of things, and they had a band and they actually recorded an album and sold it around school. That shit inspired me. I never would have been thought to be the type to rap, nobody believes it when my friends tell people. But I started writing stuff. Then at the age of like 14, I started trying to actually record original stuff. It didn't go so well lol. So I would say I have been actually rapping, as in the act of it, not writing, for almost 5 years. Just over 4 and a half.
