It's been something I've been thinking about for a while but haven't fully understood (I'll probably hit you up with other questions relating to the subject). Me and a friend have been thinking about starting a transition for the sake of our health. I like meat, but it's something I feel that I can live without if it'll help my body. I mean, I'm in decent shape for my size, but I feel unhealthy. It's hard to explain, really, but I'm sure you get what I'm saying. I've actually been meaning to ask you about this for a long while, but it always ended up slipping my mind in the last minute.
Another quick question:
Why do you suggest completing the metamorphosis with veganism, as apposed to just sticking to vegetarianism?
I get what you're saying. I think a lot of people feel that way but either don't admit it to themselves or even realize they feel that way to begin with.
I would suggest going vegan over going vegetarian just because I feel it's a better path to take. I kind of just threw that bit in there because it would be nice if the world had more vegans haha. I know it's not for everyone though, so the odds it would work for another person are pretty low. It's a path that's a lot harder for people to follow and is pretty unaccepted by society as a whole. It's extremely easy for me to follow, but was definitely difficult at first (because I had no idea what I was doing). The longer you follow a specific eating style, the easier it is to stick with. The more I learned about veganism, the more I was taken in by it. People around me thought it was a "phase", but it was definitely wasn't. It certainly was a lifestyle change though.
