We don't need to bring me into this conversation. Just explain more about him.

This should answer your question.

According to some theorizers, Zephos was not a real life person, but a mysterious creature born by the Internet. These theories stated that the sheer massiveness of his information allowed him to alter reality, and transform into a human, thus actually gain a real life, though genderless. In November 2010, he is a 22 years old raper disguised as Dr. Doom with a Top Cat furry fetish. Only the member of NPC knew his true visage. It glows.

Even the swine flu couldn't stop him,

Contrary to popular belief, he is not black, despite 1000+ rap albums listened to. His sarcastic dad is an American working in the same company with Oda's wife's high school friend's husband while his mom is a Japanese.

Here's his RYM account which I use when I want to listen to Hip Hop from a certain year.

And finally, I'll leave off with some funny quotes

It's exactly the opposite of what you say, since i know exactly what watchmen pages are talking about, despite not being scientific accurate on it's assumptions and conclusions, that's why i say it's not deep to use scientific terms when they are empty.

FICTION IS NOT A GENRE.

YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WATCHMEN IS ABOUT.

And about the deepness, as i have nice understanding of general science, i can refuse some watchmen conclusions right? It's not like i haven't debated myself up to those questions, some of which i don't agree. One piece on the other side brings some prespectives completelly diferent of friendship, life, world behaviour, without extending to a further analysing to points that Oda wouldn't succeed. I think some of the data he's explaining, the autor didn't had a full or actual regard of it through science. That's more around metaphisically moving through science, but it's just metaphisic.

Shut the fuck up about Watchmen and read it. You're a blind man feeling a rhino and telling us it's a statue of Bernie Mac.

Those pages quoted showed just a dumb girl asking silly questions, and answers derived from an advanced analysing which i'm used to everyday, but with some awkward pre-concepts. Like as if a rock on the universe isn't such an improbable thing as life, as if Mars or a planet could "choose" itself. I'm just judging from what's been quoted, so i can't extent the deep or the complexity of the conversation because i don't know in exactly what standard is he saying that.

Or because you're a robot who sees SCIENCE SCIENCE and not the debate being made. Which has fucking shit all to do with science.

You must not even have right brain.

Anyway, i'm still to see you and JerkDisease to actually making some points, and express it politelly, instead of just pointing out "lolubad" or trolling, and explain why exactly you don't find one piece deep or complex for a manga, a kid's story, a fiction story. The psychological complexity of one piece characters for example, goes in my opinion far above of the ones on many considered adult fiction.

Get off your arrogant high horse you hilarious imbecile.

You are completely unread and completely frighteningly undereducated on literature. I have never met anyone ever, whose idea of complex and mature is "THIS GUY IS SORTA BAD AND SORTA GOOD BUT MOSTLY GRAY". That's fucking kids stuff you find in fucking anything written or made for the pre-teen and up demographic and is absolutely unimpressive and un-profound and says nothing anyone doesn't know once they're at least 11.

Don't you bitch and moan about us not giving you respect when you're doing nothing but run your mouth instead of try and learn something for once that isn't related to stock markets.

Anyways, i don't care if im missing the point he shouldn't criticize AMV music because you know, it's easy to just say, "WOW USE THAT SONG LULZ THIS ROCK SONG IS GAY." But you know what? Rock is easy to use thats why. Most of it is filled with action, which is easy to find in One Piece. And the slow parts, perfect for emotional scenes. I don't care if i'm missing the point he should go and make a AMV to satisfy his needs and obviously if it's good AMV makers including nooby ones (like me, i just made my first one) will learn from it. If not, then his idea fails. When trying to prove a point you experiment before coming up with a result. I'm just saying he shouldn't judge AMVs like the one he posted because you know what? The maker worked really hard on it and hopes that you enjoy it, if not, so? Move on. Damn. We don't get paid to do it, we don't enjoy sitting in front of Sony Vegas every freaking week to make a new AMV and getting criticized. We do it because we want the community of Youtube and APforums to for one thing, see what a great anime One Piece is (for youtube) and for Apforums to tell us how we did on it. You really think we are gonna sit and try to match One Piece with emo drum beats? Wow. If so you are totally wrong, talk about selfish. I don't care if your trying to make AMVs better, what i don't like is, the example you used, it was perfect with the song for the most part, how you approached the situation, and lastly what songs you told people to replace it with. Techno/songs with beats mainly are hard since you have to match it with something that differs (such as, a drum beat). Don't like the AMV, move on, find one with your liking. Maybe make it. Show us. If we like it and can, we will learn from it and make future AMVs better.

Eureka! I have made a breakthrough!

This confirms it.

The problem was I always thought it was that AMV makers were teenagers with tunnel vision and bad mainstream "rebel" music tastes that (being as weeaboos are outcasts) fell pretty much in line with generic "goth" or "punk" kids, so they LOVED modern buttrock. And so set their fave animez to Hoobastank or whatever.

But this is not the case!
I am now realizing something else is the case.

AMV makers are an animal unto themselves. Now we may look down upon the teenaged buttrocking weeaboo, but they at least like music. Terrible music, but they like it and I'm finding myself almost tearing up seeing them show devotion to something. When Evanescence plays through their headphoens they're into it. Reach for the stars little guys.

Oh but the AMV maker?

He does not like music.
Not that he hates music, no, no actually it's far worse.
They don't even register music. It's superfluous.

The AMV maker is as sheltered as the normal weeaboo, but probably even sheltered to music.
They have know appreciation for music, the art of music videos and musical accompaniment, they have probably never watched MTV or seen Fantasia. And never thought about the scores to movies or even animu they watch.

They have grown up in some bizarre twilight zone of culture, a world of assembly line AMV making that is completely devoid of people who listen to music (of any sort). They make up their own terms like "action point" and collect stock songs to use from generic genre examples. "SAD" "HARD' and maybe "FUNNY".
They earnestly believe you can't set music to a show unless it's one of these made up genres, even though the world has been showing quite the opposite as far back as the 1940's. But in their twilight zone they are unaware of this.

Bottom line Silvers, you're living under a rock in a worthless sub-culture that masturbates to action scenes sequenced to not music you would ever describe or care about beyond single adjectives like "FAST".
The people of the internet who actually like music and music videos, we are sick of you and your morlock like ilk, but we want to help you.

You are like feral children kept in a cultural basement all your lives.

Come out, come out with us, into the sunshine.

You can really point out that my post if full of shit but you put no effort in to counter my point of view.

Oh right, by reality I take it you mean "common sense", "common wisdom" or some such.
Probably tethered to some bullshit anecdotes you think somehow translate to evidence.
Well here's how it goes.
Logic has nothing to do with books, it's appliance and perspective on data and the world around us. It's neutral of bias, thus it's more real than any human stance. And it can never be wrong.
What sure as shit isn't reality are the old wives tales your telling yourself an refusing to think over, that your lying to yourself about.

But I think the real culprit here is laziness.
As in how your too lazy to face up the fact that just looking around at people and coming to whatever conclusion you want isn't reality, but a personal farce. That you actually have to do work to find out or at least get close to something resembling the truth.
As in how your too lazy to address my arguments so you make this embittered ad hominem.
As in how your too lazy to face the fact that you know damn well I'm not the cooped up bookworm cartoon you want so badly to believe me as, and that your not the rough and rugged world weary badass cartoon you want so badly to beleive yourself to be.

Here's the door.

There is literally no credibility difference between a pimply Black Metal fan who has listened to Liquid Swords once and someone who has listened to hundreds of rap albums all their life.

- a guy who thinks a 50 Cent album is one of the best of the 00's

Truth

DID YOU JUST FLAME ME???????

I AM GOING TO SEND THIS 6 TIMES TO EACH MOD UNTIL PROPER ACTIONS ARE TAKEN

SEE GUYS??? I USE REPORT FUNCTIONS, YOU JUST WISH YOU WERE THIS BIG A PUSSY.

GAME OVER OPTARDS. MODS ARE COMING

The burger king actually hires "casuals", true story hear me out.

I was at the drive through and taking my order when the guy on the speaker asked me to turn down my music. Hello? Haruhi theme doesn't get turned down. But then I realized what was going on. They had hired a fucking Casual to run the goddamn drive in.
You might guess I was furious. I parked got out, went in and demanded to see the manager.
He comes out asking me whats wrong, and I tell him whats up, about Haruhi and asking him why he let a dirty stinking causie' run the place.
He asked me to "please stop screeching" and to stop "overturning registers" but I didn't really hear him I was so mad.

So somehow cops showed up and I was forced to leave. In retrospect I think that whole damn burger joint was run by Casuals.

I can't fucking believe it. 50 years ago we'd have them strung up and choking to death. Now they're stealing our jobs and turning down our music

Okay. I just read that wall of text. I'm a bit unsure of how to take that. It went from books to music videos to a fast food place. Whoever that guy is, is clearly trying too hard to impress people. He may be somewhat "witty", but I did not find any of the posts funny. I didn't laugh once. I kind of just looked at it like "what the fuck am I reading". In fact, I thought that several times. Now it's changed to "what the fuck was that" and "why did I read that nonsense". Maybe it's just not my scene. Actually, I know it isn't, but if you're into whatever that was, good for you. I'm not one to judge others on their interests, at least not in this case.

I had a feeling that would happen, but that's how I felt too when I first read his posts and wasn't completely familiar with him. He might come off as a guy that just trolls and doesn't bring points, but after becoming acquainted with him, you realize he knows what he's talking about and doesn't just flame people. Maybe taking the posts out of context and not giving the full thread gave you that impression, or maybe you just don't like his posting style. Either way thanks for taking the time to read them.
