I think that's down to preference to a certain extent, many people could say DMX or Necro or Vinnie or Prodigy have more hardcore music than him, there is nothing that defines who's music is more hardcore, and thereforth cannot be a cold hard fact.

As you can see, here only 1 syllable rhymed, which is the ty/tee rhyme.

While here :

with-out red tea

I stuffed in some extra syllables, Per/with, red\li, ty/tea and son/out is a near-rhyme that's hidden between two rhymes so they'll hide it from sounding corrupt (Told you it was a bad example)

Nahmsayin' ? The bigger number of syllable that rhymes, the better the line.

Per doesn't rhyme with 'with' though?
And red doesn't rhyme with li.
I know what you was trying to get at with using multie's though, i just saw no point at the time since it was just a basic post & rhyme
