You gotta be blind and deaf to not realise that the whole world was affected by it. Everyone who heard the news was shocked and from that day, every governement and every secret services of each state in Europe is like 10 times more careful about terrorists alerts, attacks and shit like that.

So yeah it affected the whole world for many things.

Say that it's true, how is that being affected by it? Did it change any lives outside of the US? At best the world took notice and learned something from that bombing in the same way it constantly does with everything that happens since the stone age. It's called evolving.

9/11 is a big thing. And rest in peace to all those who died and I wish that all the people who were affected by this event have very peaceful lives.

But, man oh man. They blow this out of proportion. And by the way, it does not impact the whole world. Yes, they heard about it, yes, they probably felt sorry about it. But they continued on with their lives. You think they're mourning us now? You think the fuckers in Russia are stopping to eat their Polar Bear lunch just to give us a moment of silence? NO! It's not that big of a deal to people in other countries.

That kind of ignorance is always there, it just sparks from time to time. This year blacks, next year muslims and so on.

I don't think the world was surprised by the fact that the attacks were successful. Bin Laden was in the media long before the attacks and the image America was projecting on the world at the time was that of a very rich, but incredibly stupid country. Led by a moron, with religion as a moral and intellectual stand point, the world had anything but appreciation for them.

The world was surprised that the terrorists were sick enough to commit such an act, it forced the world's nations to face a reality they were aware of, but didn't want to believe. That was all. America was nothing but an easy target, it could've been anyone else, but then there would be no one cocky and dumb enough to constantly remind the world of their act.

but the real issue is, could this have been an inside job? could be a terrorist attack that the government knew was gonna happen but they chose not to speak about it? or was it as it was reported on the media?
