No, but I'm not exactly atheist either. I guess you could say I'm agnostic.

Insider vs Base?

Insider, he dismantled Base in that other thread regarding Encore, and is the perfect counter to Embase's lengthy walls of text, not to mention he doesn't mind going in back and forths. Throw in a point for him being wittier as well. Though it really wasn't much of a debate but more of a pissing match.

Funniest TR insult/comment?

Uh, I don't know, there's very few witty posters here and there. There are some insults that are really devastating but never made me actually lol.

Well, this comment made me laugh when I read it, but it was when me and class used to always argue with each other.

I'm sorry class, but first time I read that I busted a gut.
When do you plan on leaving TR?

I'll be less active starting September, and might leave for good once I'm done with College, but it depends how I feel at the moment, and wouldn't want to make any promises.

FreeSpeech & EminemBase vs. Block & Satire?

Block and Satire, Embase and Freespeech don't have chemistry at all, while Block and Satire are one of the most inseparable duos here. Block and Satire alone can probably take Embase, and FreeSpeech would just get mauled in the warzone. Besides I'm pretty sure Satire and Freespeech already debated in the past and Satire whipped him.

The only thing would be getting through Base's lengthy walls of text, though I doubt that'll intimidate either of them.

How many times do you search your name on here for an ego boost?

I have too much pride to do that, so I don't. I search other people's names though, and check up on the latest gossip...

I checked out Madvillainy recently, and it's pretty good. I like his rap style, reminds me of Ghost in SC.

In your view, who would you say is the most innovative producer? (of all time, right now, at a specific period, whatever one you want to answer)

Innovative? The people behind The Low End Theory, which capitalized on Bass Heavy production and used the latest studio equipment at the time, not to mention it inspired Dre to make the Chronic.

I spoke to Dr. Dre and he told me that hearing The Low End Theory inspired him to make The Chronic

http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/157174 ... line.jhtml

Though Straight Outta Compton supposedly inspired the making of The Low End Theory, so it evens out I guess.

Next in line would be Dj Shadow, before his creation of Da Entroducing which was the first instrumental trip hop album made completely by samples and predates Madlib and Doom.

"MMLP (or TES, whichever you prefer) is the best hip hop album of the 2000's", agree or disagree?

No, I don't believe it. You don't want me to elaborate do you?

If those 7-man teams mentioned earlier actually did get in a debate, what do you think they would actually be arguing over?

GenePeer vs. Master Chief

Does Eligh sound as much like Andre 3k as I think he does?

Something regarding Hip Hop I guess, this forum doesn't really have extensive knowledge on politics and current events.

GenePeer vs. Master Chief

While I do like GenePeer, I haven't seen him debate that much and am not going to downplay MC's debating skill. I've only really seen GenePeer get rile up in that thread regarding Sadistik, but the people on the other side were morons, and his attempts were futile. Like the valient blood and sweat of Germany's soldiers during World War 1 a tragedy that leads him to the bitterest of defeat.

I see remnants of Andre's style in him, but I don't think he sounds like him. If that makes any sense.

It depends if it's a pissing match or debate. I would have said Class easily but, you have Menzo on your side and he has two complete white noise posters that'll just drag him down a notch.

He did a decent job, though new Eminem is trash so, it's not really hard to make an essay as to why Sadistik is better. I did like how he cited me in the OP, but yeah he did pretty good. Those on the other side are retarded though or didn't bother refuting him but just ended up attacking up him (ad hominem). But that's expected whenever Class posts in the em section, his goal is usually to piss of the stans.

I don't understand how Rock City and Death In Certain aren't good albums? I'm only saying good because you guys are mad judgemental when it comes to any rapper talking guns. I love those albums. I don't get what's bad about it. Every track is dope, lyrics are mad nice, the content is there and beats are banging. 'Boom' is one of the best DJ Premier and rapper collabos, it's definitely in my top 10. But I like 'Hip Hop' more. I don't get that other dudes review. Royce isn't hardcore enough? And then he mentions Ghostface, who sounds like a Mickey Mouse. (no hate I just really hate ghostface's voice and his rhyming style annoys the shit out of me, I end up skipping all his verses on every wu tang song). But that's preference and irrelevent. What I'm saying is did he make that review when Joe Budden had beef with Wu? Cause of that whole Royce and Rae incident too.

Trust me that guy doesn't hate hardcore rap, he wants a hadcore renaissance to occur amidst all the poppy alternative shit we have flooding the mainstream and underground, and I'm not a hardcore/gun rapper hater either, since I love Mobb Deep (though not sure you'd classify them as "gun" rappers). And nah I'm pretty sure he made that review sometime around 08, when he really started deliving into Hip Hop. I will say though, it seems more like personal preference as to why trashed the album, he loves Black Milk though, and kinda likes Elzhi.

I, of course, 100% agree with this. How can you not recognize the incredible work that Death Is Certain actually is? Rock City is good too.

Putting Encore above DIC is something that should go on the guy's criminal record tbh.

I was going to say I disagreed with his Blu & Fashawn reviews until I realized he put them on the same pedestal as When Life Gives You Lemons, DangerDoom, Us & How I Got Over. Pretty finicky taste right thurrr.

He was spot on with his New Danger & Madvillain reviews though.

It's definitely personal preference. Just like I don't listen to Ghostface and you don't listen to Royce but we both listen to Mobb Deep. They definitely rap about guns though, their just more old school and less technical to be considered as gun rappers so they fall in to gangsta rap. If you ask me, that whole "gun rapper", "gangsta rap" name calling bullshit is played out. Rap is filled with violent lyrics, only rapper that I'd consider a "gun rapper" though is Royce. And without gangsta rap, rap would be soft as fuck, and I don't think many people understand how important gangsta rap is to hip hop.

@ MC - What's your fav Royce songs? top 5.

I guess he's just you then.

I never could get into Ipecac Neat as much as his other two tbh. It just felt lacking.
