I honestly haven't listened to much Kweli other than his stuff with Mos, but probably Astronomy.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of them, the only ones we should keep open are Me, yours, Satire's, Class', and Slim Fiasco's.

But if I had to choose

-Xray
-Killahbee (I'd like to see his opinion on Hip Hop)
-Block
-Maybe

That's it really

Since we're not in a debate can you at least now admit that even though you hate Chino, this song is genius:

I'll ease up on my Chino hate, loll. It is kind of irrational, but it goes back a long way, before I even spoke to you and when we would debate. Yeah that song is good, he's pretty good with homophones and conveys emotion nicely, the chorus is tacky as fuck though, with the mephistopheles (probably spelt it wrong was completely unnecessary and broke the immersion of the solemn atmosphere he was trying to convey).

I won't deny he has great wordplay, and some of his best punchlines few could touch, BUT he spits an obscene amount of horrendous punchlines that are almost as bad as Lil Wayne's worst or Eminem's worst, the worst part is a lot of them are just shock punchlines with no creativity to them, or have any place in the verse.

I don't need to go on about how I can't stand his delivery and flow, maybe if I force myself to listen to his music, I might get used to it, but he has an extremely choppy flow, that always irked me.

Either way, that song is semi dope, and he pioneered celebrity bashing which Eminem took after. :shifty:

Xray wrote:I'm not even joking about that. I find anime much more creative than movies. And as for creativity, view and entertainment, I'd much rather watch an anime than a movie, because it looks much more appealing. And because it's fiction it's much more interesting to watch cause the story can take you anywhere, and you can visual things you'll never see in real life. Where as if a movie tried to do that or be creative at it's finest peak, it would require more graphics than actual story. And at the end of the day, you can't really argue with the fact that it's "fake". Where as an animation lets you see television entertainment at it's fullest potential cause you already know it's fake, so you don't expect anything real, you're more focused on the actual content and the story. I hate watching movies and then some ignorant cunt comes along and says "oh that's fake"...

This might be a late response and this is my question thread, and I'm supposed to do the answering, but I have to ask, X, did you ever watch TTGL?

I think you'll like it, since it kind of has OP's over exaggerated nature and light hearted fun, yet is still filled with action. Kind of like Gundam meets FLCL/OP. It has a dub, so you don't have to worry about that, I dunno.

Plus the undoubtable fact that she is incredibly hot.

It's my personal favorite album from 2010, since I don't really count Krit's album, though MBDTF is close.

She's my favorite Doomtree member as well, with POS being second.

My favorite song would be this.
