Why don't mod's have a voting thing in their section, with admins and other staff also, about who gets banned?

Can't. Everyone gets a fair chance with the point system. If you're banned for a couple weeks, you'd think you'd learn. If you continue, it rises, and rises, and rises until you're perma-banned.

We only ever ban people permanently and disregard the points system is if they make another account solely to evade a ban.

That's ignorant to an extent. If someones doing something to agitate the entire fucking community (Macdaddy) or just disrupt the entire place as a whole (Aftermathers), there should be action taken
