Batman is the far better character (and my favourite superhero) but Superman is way too overpowered to lose. No matter what countermeasures Batman may have at the ready, he can't stop Superman from flying into space and heat-visioning him into ashes.

Nahh Batman has plans for Superman and all other members of the Justice League, I think if any human could handle himself against Superman itd be him.

But Superman could theoretically at any point just fly up to space and eviscerate anyone at a moments notice. But if Batman had knowledge of an encounter beforehand he could win.

Im Probably taking this shit way to seriously lol. I like both heroes though.

As may posters have said previously this is Superman even though Batman is a cooler character. If any of you watched Superman/Batman:Public Enemies, Lex Luthor injected kryptonite in his blood stream and Superman basically ignored his own weakness and was gonna kill Lex when he thought Batman was gonna die. Superman is so powerful that I think Kryptonite is more of a psychological weakness than anything else.

No. He can't. Batman says himself during the Hush arc that in a straight up fight Superman could super speed and squish him into the cement and that he stood no chance whatsoever.

During Dark Knight Returns (written by fanatical Batman stan Frank Miller) Superman takes a hit from a nuke, 5 heatseeking missiles, a couple of shots from a tank, the combined electricity from all of Gotham, a kryptonite arrow to the face and manages to beat down a heavily armored Batman while holding back.
