Let's keep it clear that he was banned for racist posts, not for being "the awkward kid that people pick on", which seems to be where this is heading. He'll be back, and it's up to him at that point to decide to settle down on the racist remarks if he wants to stay, or end up gone again.

I don't know if you guys are connecting the two or not, but until recently we were incredibly lenient with Silver on the casual racism. It got blatant, and he ended up taking a forced vacation.

Can he just get hit with the permaban already?

I'd say he's done enough to deserve it, especially for his stint in the spanish thread. TR is insensitive towards the latin community though.

Seriously. Why the fuck have ppl been so lenient with Just Silver whereas I've seen some other members do minor stuff and they already get warnings. Doesn't make sense...

countless members have crossed the line as well with no points given to them.

I have no idea what he's said so hateful, he's said a cpl things a few times but it didn't bother me at all.

He's said a lot of shit to Eva and also wished some really bad things on celebs Eminem included and said some racist things to/around Melanie. There's numerous times where he's crossed the line that it's hard to count anymore tbh

EDIT: Not that the celeb thing affect us but it's still unpleasant to read

Well the Eva thing you'd have to look through the Last One to Post Wins Game thread and I honestly don't feel like looking through a lot of those pages but ask someone who hangs out in that thread a lot and I'm pretty sure they'll tell you they've seen him be mean to her a lot. As far as the Melanie thing I forget but I know she's complained about his racist remarks before. Then on to the celebrities thing, I'll have to find the thread and I'll get back to you on that.
