Btw it's (2y+3)(5a-2)

Think of it this way

2y(5a-2)-3(2-5a)

Divide -1 out of (2-5a)
2y(5a-2)+3(5a-2)

Now both terms have 5a-2, factor normally

(5a-2)(2y+3)
