So I just had one of my best runs to date. I smashed all of my previous records!

I started C25K (Couch to 5k) 6 weeks ago and today I ran two sets of 9 minutes straight. 4 weeks ago it killed me to run 2mins straight. Thank god for Eminem and BME, it can get me though some tough workouts. Also.. a great power song is Won't Back Down. I swear, I can be half dead running and that song will give me a massive second wind
