Hope to see some results in da mirror in 2.5/3 weeks

Babe, I cheat on my hairdresser every now and then. He realized , and look at me with that face of " someone else touched your hair..." sometimes he even says that <---------- So I try to put an angel face and save a prayer and hope he is not rancorous. A hairdresser is something like a jealous couple...very jealous.
Im not suprised he gets jealous though, they probably only have a few people who go there regularly so he will feel like you are cheating on himEG. wrote:I survived and im happy

That's kind of a short time to see results though.
Check the 8 minutes abs work out, it's pretty good for to start with.![]()

Dont look for an easy way out, no-one wants to work hard these days. 20 minute abs, 10 minute that... fuck that.

You dont get it. Its a lifestyle, its something they love doing. They would rather die for something they love then live ignoring it. Give it a year or two and you might understand the feeling.

Hage wrote:I understand that its a lifestyle but i thought it was about being healthy and stuff
it is, i mean for those guys its everything. For most people that too much i agree. I can understand the way they feel though, im not gonna take steroids and stuff but i certainly understand the mentality behind all of that.

There's no understanding it. It's pretty dumb, if you ask me. There's passionate and over the board, obssessed with it.![]()

When was the last time you put 100% effort into something? You plan your day around it, go to sleep thinking about it, wake up thinking about it, force yourself to eat certain foods and drinks for it, put yourself through loads of pain for it... Its about challenging yourself, feeling like you are what you want to be instead of just what you ended up being. You dont understand it, that doesnt mean there is no understanding it.
