I have a process of sampling but it's a pain, I need to know an easier way to sample!

what is it? I'v been tweaking the samples in VDJ (mainly removing low freqs) & loading em garageband to cut & paste parts of the sample if I feel like chopping, then throwing a drumloop behind it.

there's alot of different ways to sample though, Edison & Slicer is your friend if your in FL.

A friend of mine got me back into running. I haven't ran since Elementary school and I'm 24 now lol. I was on the track team back then and I loved it. Now I just wanted something to make me feel active again and I had a treadmill downstairs. I like running with Nike+&iPhone because it has achievements after every run and it makes me want to break my previous achievements from my last run. Gives me physical proof that I'm getting better and better with each run, even when I feel totally beaten after one

I've got the Nike+ app on my ipod but I've never used it. I'll check it out next time I run!
