Yep...looks like the title originally included word bypassing the censor. Normally, you would have received an official warning notification, but it looks like something happened and you didn't get the message. Sorry about that, sometimes the notifications don't always go through.

My guess is that it was noticed because it was in a thread title, and not just a post among many other posts.

That's actually why Geno posted in that thread. I get where you're coming from, because it does probably happen more often than we realize. On the other hand, there are a couple other members that received a point for doing the same thing not too long before you did, so it does happen.
Like I said, I'm pretty sure the reason it was noticeable was because it was in a topic title. It's always technically against the rules, but it might get lost with the rest of the posts in a regular thread. That's the only point you have though, so you're good.
