Im about to do my birthday workout, thats about as extreme as my celebrations will get. Chinese for dinner, had fried egg and bacon roll for breakfast, got some monies and clothes... i like things nice and simple though, not gonna go mad about it.

Well we can both drive then so we will have to meet somewhere between London and Manchester and party it up (safely, without drinking as we both have to drive home).

Hage, i have a room in my house with all the stuff in that i refer to as the 'gym'. Occasionally i do go to a real gym though.

Layla, you need to get yourself an xbox tbh. What other games do you play?
And yeah i feel pretty good for it right now, doing squats is always kinda scary because its the only thing i do where i really should have a spotter in case the weight is too heavy :sweat: i survived though.
