Let's put it this way. When a new sequel drops at the theatres, they usually show the prequel on TV first to get everyones attention, that a second one is coming and if you are interested, please visit your nearest cinema. This is exactly what's happening here. It's only random that they brought up Osama's name again because they are preparing for something...possibly something bigger, judging by the person they bumped up. For the American government "It's time to clean up the ashtray" if you will.

More to keep Obama in power, increase fear among the American population of another huge terrorist strike which means the Government needs to remove more freedoms from the civilian population. This ends up causing a tight grip on power over the population during difficult economic times. Suppresses chances for any revolts against the government.

It's all about triggering patriotism. They probably recruit soldiers this way. And they call the presidents puppets, the population are more of puppets than anybody else. The American government are extremist when it comes to setting up traps, tbh, they make Houdini look like a joke in comparison. If anyone wants me, I'll be in the bathroom for the next couple of weeks throwing up at all these damn idiots that are going to support Obama's next hit movie.
Watch freedoms of American citizens decrease even more as they live in fear of terrorism while blindly supporting the governments policies. Divert attention away from the economy onto a perceived good positive moral boosting victory. Interested in the implications all this will bring.
