We've been nothing but great under all circumstances. No forum is as lenient when it comes down to rules and banning, and most of the board staff promote proper ethics according to rules WE ourselves tend to ignore. I told Killa before, and I stand by my own: You cannot give a dog a bone every single day for a year, and one day decide to hit him for taking the bone. We should have issued a temporary ban, we shouldn't have been so friendly with our rules and we should have been more authorized, especially with our "3 warning" lies.

Sticcy was banned rightfully, but not properly. I was called biased on several occasions, which is ridiculous considering the following facts:

I have always had a general disliking towards Nikz. However, after being banned once, he was given not one, but TWO chances. Let us not forget what Nikz was banned for folks, he posted not only pornographic images, but was flaming every topic imaginable with hateful comments. I can't even count how many PM's I received regarding his nonsense.

My second point:

Cocoa. I'm sure we all remember that good ol' Nazi. He was banned three times, yet brought back again and again as a "second chance" type deal. Cocoa, although entertaining, was much, much worse than any member here as far as breaking the rules go. We've lost several members due to him, and many were "harassed" by his so called "intelligence".

I don't want to hear any shit about how I'M being biased. If anything, I'm too nice. Sticcy should not be permanently banned. Asprine agrees, and I'm sure many others do as well.

I may not know these peeps you mentioned but I feel that others have been doing way worse such as spamming the forums with an array of useless or meaningless topics and stirring up shit just for the sake of shock value...yet he/she doesn't get not one slap on the wrist. Sticcy on the other hand was just being himself. Sure he may have been racist but lets face it, MANY OTHERS on here has been..me being one of them on one occasion. You can't punish a person for the way they are, that would be censorship. Also, since when did TR become such a tight ass spot where the community can't handle stuff that happens in real life such as the way sticcy acts. A perma-ban is unneeded to the highest extent. He didn't post pornographic images, he didn't make useless topics, all he did was be racist sometimes. BIG DEAL. People act that way in real life, if you can't handle it with TEXT what makes you think you're ready for the big bad world out there? *inhales*

One strike based on what? Everyone on here breaks rules all the time. I never experienced nikz or cocoa or w/e but they're worse than anything I've seen or heard of sticcy doing. So how would these strikes be measured? The first time someone gets offended? The first time he makes a comment that could be construed as racist? The first time he states an opinion that differs from the wrong person? If Sticcy were brought back then it'd make the most sense to just follow the rules that are already set in place. Don't give him 19237924739782696598236759823569246592569845 warnings and just do what's supposed to be done. Then no one could bitch about anything being unfair.
