Johnny Depp - One of, if not THE most versatile actors to ever playin in a movie. He has an amazing array of different parts, and has played them all excellently.

Tom Hanks - Although not as versatile as Depp, in terms of playing different emotional spectrums, Hanks is still an amazing actor and has some classic movies under his belt. His emotion is amazing.

Will Smith - I Am Legend, Ali, The Persuit Of Happiness.. Need I say more? Not only does he make great movies, he MAKES the movies great. Great emotion, amazing acting. It's really a toss up for me from him and Depp as number 1.

Anthony Hopkins - If only for Silence Of The Lambs, Anthony Hopkins deserves a spot.

Jack Nickolson - The Shining, The Departed, One Flew Over The Cukoo's Nest.. A legend in the film industry, if there ever was one.

Honorable mentions would go to:

Heath Ledger - If he had more roles, I have no doubt he would have become a legend. His role in The Dark Knight solidified him as amazing.

1. Al Pacino - holy shit.. The Godfather, Devil's Advocate, Scent of A Woman.. He's a fucking genius.
2. Tom Hanks - ok, he probably couldn't play a really bad guy, but other than that.. he could play anyone.

I know what you mean. I had Pacino on my original list and took him off. He'd be in my top 10, but not top 5. There's also people like Christopher Walken, Dustin Hoffman (LOVE him), Tom Cruise.. Etc.
