What about tissues? Grab some sticky tape and sticky tape it to your skin over where you're bleeding.

Since you don't have a pillow, how about trying your planket and making it the right shape, should work just as good

i have one that's nicely shaped and it's squishy too i should try it since putting pressure on it doesn't seem to be working
