But it does, and it always has for as long as I've been here... That's nearly 6 years. It was an original rule by TR, and unless he decides to change it what can I tell you man.

Lol, it's a sticky. It'll always be at the top whether I post in it or not. That's hardly a bump. So if no one posts in the "Greatest Moments" thread for 4 months, I'll have to create a new one yet the old one is still clearly visible? Isn't that why they're "stickyed" in the first place? To avoid duplicate threads?
