OK, who the HELL designed the Ferrari Boyz cover???

I'm not hating on Gucci and Waka, IDGAF what they do and I enjoy a half dozen songs they made.
But, homeboys are real popular rappers and their cover looks like a 12 year old with photoshop designed it.
Evidence:

1. WTF is that red block behind Waka's hand?
2. WTF is with the road? It looks 2D as hell...
3. Their legs are identical, just look. The boots and jeans have the exact same positioning Actually, all of Waka looks like a horrible photoshop job...
4. What are the black shadows directly under them? Homeboys got a helicopter spotlight on em too?
5. Why are their shadows crazy sharp and dark, but the cars' shadows are fuzzy and light?
6. LOL they removed the Ferrari logos.
