Sick multies with medicore uncreative choppy flow. I will alway put lyricism in front of how good the song flows. Even though the flow is very important. Shit, this is a good question. You can flow, but talk shit or spit fire and flow not so good. I think that I need both.

I will vote sick multis. although my English is not good, when I like a song I always search the lyric, and if I found the lyrics somehow disappointing, the song will be disappointing for me too. You talk about multis not content, but anyway is important. The flow is important too, but it doesn't matter how good the flow it is if I don't like what is in the lyrics.
