Has any1 read the book Da Vinici Code? I need to know about this book can some1 give me a brief description of the book like a short summery if u haven't read the book then mabey u saw the movie and u can tell me about the movie instead but I need to know. cause I'm reading a book called The Da Vinici Deception I'm not finished with it yet but I'll give u a brief description of the book when I'm done reading. All I know for now is that the book is talkin' about how the Da Vinici Code is a lie and the book I'm reading now gives the real facts about Christianity. Anyway I need to know as much as the Da Vinici Code as possible. Thanx to any1 who can help me :D

^ as in the clues? nah speculation. But as in deception throughout churches especially with the desputes they had in the middle ages .. yes.

I hadnt read the book yet, its on my shelf, but i cant find the time to read it. The book also has like pre stories in other books (the rule of four... at least i was told it was so) they were written by the same author.

Da vinchi code is not a book to be taken as fact, its a book that was a concept, a rather interesting one i should say, one that shows how biased the views on the bible are.

ahhh... come on people, read it :D it kicks ass, i couldn't stop reading it..

basically it's about a murder in Luvr - custodian gets killed by a member of Opus Dei - religious organisation. the police says that Robert Langdon - professor from Harvard - is one of suspected, so they try to find out who really did it and Langdon with custodian's granddaughter try to find it out on their own before the custodian died, he had left a lot of signs, which can help Robert and Sophie to find out who did it and catch the guy, but also lose the world's greatest riddle - the Holy Graal thing :D

i suggest reading it.. i think it was worth spending 2 days in bed readin it :sweating:

asp- angels and demons is the prequel

sarah - it's historical fiction. the story is completely fiction but it uses mostly real facts. These facts are up for debate. This is the problem with historical fiction, since there isn't dragons flying around, people assume everything is 100% real.
