So my friend is taking his moms car n drivin around he said he was comin around my block neway so he's gonna stop n I can go to his house with him about 10 minutes away...

Too risky? What are the charges I'd get if caught? Should I? odds of gettin caught. Help lol

16 but no liscense cuz he got caught a few months back wen he was 15 for taking it under age...

I wont be driving, just be i nthe car so I won't get my liscense taken, iirc.
