scamming is when you trick someone into giving you something....in most cases it's money.....it's kinda like you say you'll give a person something if they give you something in return and while they fill their end of the deal you don't....

hacking is when you get control of a person's computer or account without the person knowing


some people think hacking and scamming is the same but there's a big difference :)

i sound like a dictionary :confusion:
