meaning, they just go through, and accept or reject people, and when they do--they send it out. they don't go through everything and then send acceptances and rejections all at one time.

Nah, I didn't even apply there. It's way too science and math oriented... Though my teacher did get her journalism degree there ... Ehh, still, it's not my thing. And it's way too close to home. I'd much rather prefer UCLA, and that's right about even with Berkeley.

Oh yeah, definitely--the vibes of NYU and LA are so much better than Berkeley, but academically speaking Berkeley is overall better. However, depending on what you do, each college can suit what you need. And anyway, college is what you make of it--you'll have fun everywhere you go as long as you make it happen.
