Working Out

Postby Solace » Jan 10th, '09, 01:21

Okay so its just a question i guess, but i started to work out and my plan is 40 sit ups and 10 push ups per day. Im one weak motherfucker and i need some exercise. And i wanna beat this bully at my school up :smoking: So would 40 sit up and 10 push ups per day be good or do i gotta do more per day? Today ive done 30 pushups and 45 sit ups in total...

You should do 15 regular push ups, 15 push ups with your hands as close together as they can be while still being able to do push ups lol, and 15 chin ups if you can (even if you can't get all the way up, it'll come)

For abs do 15 CRUNCHES (as in feet off the ground), 15 leap frogs (you lay on the ground flat like you're laying in bed and then pull your legs and chest as close to each other as possible and release but don't let your torso or legs touch the ground again), and then do 15 leg lifts (lay on the ground and just lift your legs up as high as you can, hold for 3 seconds, SLOWLY let them back down to the floor)

You'll be sore as SHIT at first but as you do it and get used to it you'll see more well rounded and significant results.

Thanks for the advice and how to do them, ima do those when i get more shaped cause at the moment i wanna learn how to do a full push up, i do these sissy ones where like i cant get my nose to touch the ground or else ill fall down but i do them anyways :) When im better ill try those push ups with the hands close, and yeah everyday my friend goes to the school washroom to do chin ups and i go along with him and try (even tho i cant, but as you said, it'll come eventually).

Thanks James, your posts seem to always been legit shit

edit: and ill do those leg lifts

You should start going to the gym to lift weights and run. It will do a lot more than a couple push ups and sit ups, even if you feel pretty weak right now.

Lol I try man.

Yeah definitely do crunches and not sit ups. It's easier on your back and do the leg lifts. They target your lower abs which crunches don't. Since you're doing beginner push ups just go as slow as you can to stress your muscles out as much as possible so they develop more quickly. As for the bully... just kill that bastard man. You'll be famous.

I have no idea where the gyms are around my area, and whats gay is im not allowed out and my moms like home 24/7 and when shes not she calls every 5 fucking minutes. But as for running, what i was thinking of starting was just simply running up and down my stairs non stop for 30 minutes as a warmup.

If you're trying to lose weight then eliminate junk foods and shit, but if you're just trying to put on muscle just cut back and eat more protein.

WEAKLING. My work out regime goes like this....
Running along the pyramids in Egypt, especially the Pyramids of Giza about like 30 times(for leg strength)
then go to the amazon rain forest and swing on the vines for 2 hours (upper body strength)
Dive into the depths of the arctic sea and race polar bears and penguins (great for endurance)
and finally, run across the mighty desert of Sierra and start to box cactus. (knuckle toughener and endurance)
LMFAO@ Brittney, bitch looking worse than a chupacabra mixed with a broken down coyote. You're disgusting ugly, so ugly in fact, my brain simultaneously exploded while processing how bitterly grotesque you look. I would much rather stick ice picks into the walls of my cranium, then stick my dick into your quagmire of a clitoris. You're what would happen if a sperm whale mated with a Godzilla fish..
