well if this helps you feel any better, we are both in the same boat cuz i can't write anything lately, my mind's on getting out of the Army and moving into the real world, so when i collect my thoughts, ima write about that if i can, i usually don't have writer's block but i'm tryna take my time to come back at a different angle.

You said you take pills right? Are they not working anymore, or did you stop using them? When I don't take mine for a few days I start to feel like shit...hell, they don't help too much anyway, but they're good for at least some stability.
It helps to know that people go through similar shit. For instance, I had a shitty week, and broke down today in the middle of class. But knowing that there's people my age with the same thing helps, even if only a little.

okay so i dont suffer from severe depression, but yo when i am depressed the best thing you could do, is talk to a friend, not necessarily about ur depression but just talking to them.. believe me it'll help...also writing about ur depression will just make u more depressed, but it might make a good song, so idk up to you.
