Jumping/Ollie is probably the hardest trick to learn, because it's so counter-intuitive. Basically when you are on your board, you kick your back foot down on the board so the front of the board tips up (don't keep too much weight on the front foot so the front can go up easier). As that happens, kind of move/slide/push the front foot towards the top of the board (originally try and keep your front foot near the screws holding the truck/wheels on the front of the board) and that will level the board in the air, hence jumping.
