i got a little extra couple pounds id like to shed for over the summer so when i get back to school i look sexy again lol :sweating:
i jog and do sit ups and shit but nothin really works...any one got a better way like maybe crazier sit ups or a specific workout i could follow in order to help me lose a bit?

walk for 7 minutes a day. walking actually burns more fat than running/jogging.

eat 6 small meals throughout the day, NEVER miss breakfast.

learned it in sports nutrition class back in high school.

after 7 minutes of walking your body begins to conserve the fat thinking it will need it later. so a 7 minute walk burns the most fat, in the shortest amount of time.

no, running puts your body into conservation mode much quicker than walking does. a 7 minute walk is best, at least thats what i was taught lol

Ok so whenever I start putting on the pounds what I normally do is change how I'm eating. Start eating lean meats like chicken, turkey, and fish (always baked or grilled, never fried) and if you eat any fatty meats get the leanest, most natural brand you can find (it's more expensive, but it's worth it).

Get bananas, apples, oranges, and grapes to snack on. They're sweet fruits and taste good. And oranges and grapes are so heavily made of water it takes more calories to digest them than they actually provide, so it's almost like not snacking at all.

Eat a small meal every 3 hours starting at lets say 9 AM. That way you can get about 4 meals in. I'd suggest at least one of these meals be a completely vegetable salad with a lot of dark, leafy, greens, and very light dressing.

Drink at LEAST 8 8oz glasses of water every day, I'd suggest something closer to 10-12 a day though if you want results faster. It really just cleans out all the shit in your body, and helps your blood flow more smoothly. Boosts your red blood cells. It's just overall the best shit you could possibly drink.

Lift weights. About 10-20lbs lower than your max and do high reps. That way you burn more energy and tear up more muscle so that you burn more calories (specifically fat calories) on a day to day basis. Also when you lift your body goes into overdrive for about 48 hours trying to repair all that shredded muscle so you'll be burning calories at an elevated level and you'll really benefit. Make sure to work the fuck out of the areas you're experiencing trouble losing body fat in.

If none of that works then you could try a 4 week session on hydroxycut or some other weight cutting aid. Definitely don't STAY on it because it fucks with your heart with prolonged use, but yeah it'll definitely get that body fat outta there if everything else isn't enough. And remember you need to do everything you can to lose weight WHILE you're on hydroxycut or else you won't see any results.

And if THAT doesn't work then just take the easy route and smoke crack. You'll definitely see some weight loss then. And you'll be running from the cops a lot more than likely.

thanks guy :y: ima try that 7 minute walk thingy because jogging hasnt really done much so thatnks for that, and @ James thanks man that sounds really good for the whole coverage of diet weights and weightloss. i got a small weight room in the house and live on a dead end road si ill walk that alot and eat smarter w/ lots of water while still lifting the weights :y:
