Exlusive Interview with Fish

Whats up man sorry for the wait, I been really busy. First I wanna ask why do you call yourself Fish?

A friend gave me that name. He thought it was much more convenient if a name consists of one syllable and I thought so too. Coincidentally, at that time (when I was 14), I was bumping "Without Me" and the last sentence of the third verse goes "No matter how many fish in the sea, it will be so empty without me". I found that cool at that time and I took advantage of the song basically.

But now I basically use that name because of convenience. And of course people laugh when they first learn bout my name. But they'll get used to it eventually.

What do you love and hate about TRShady?

About TRshady, what I love is that I can learn a lot, in many ways. For example, I learned facts about Eminem that I once didn't know, like what brand of shoes he wears, etc. I also learned through TRshady about rap. I won't forget Anonymus for life because he taught me how to do shits. Won't forget Zaddy neither cuz we homies for life. I just love TRshady because I feel that they're all much much cooler than my real life friends, who always tend to outcast me.

For the hate part, I used to hate TRshady last time because the members talk about sex so freely. But that was last time. Now it's ok cuz I'll be 18 on 10 oct, pretty soon! There's nothing much to hate on here. Unless I write a beef song. Ok, no hate basically.

What is your favorite memory of TRshady?

Memory... I ain't really sure cuz there are just too many. I guess I'll randomly say about that time Relapse leaked. I was so excited I couldn't sleep. I asked many people online to send me download links but none worked for me. Then Zaddy came online to provide me with a torrent link.

Tell us something we don't know about you?

I'm very sensitive. I cry during movies, I cry during documentaries. I have a high level of empathy, easy to say. One more thing you don't know bout me is that I love Cardcaptor Sakura.

What does the future look like?

In real life, my future's decided on fate. I don't exactly plan. I'm currently doing diploma in Digital Media, in the 2nd year. Next year will be my last year and after that will be National Service aka serving the army. I don't know, maybe I'll be a soldier or maybe a film-maker. But I truly wanna be a beat producer. Maybe next time, after National Service, I'll study that.

You write alot in CW, how far to you intend on taking your rapping?

Ha, I used to say to my friends, "One day, I'll rap side by side with Eminem on stage". LOL. I guess that's how far I aim. But if I can't, at least I wanna have an indie label and earn money every month from revenue. I don't know how. I still got much to learn bout rap anyways.
