OMG- I can't understand all the hate towards the mum?
She just let go for a second and the pram rolled off by itself. Perhaps if she had the tether strap on it might not have happened but to be totally judgemental and say that she does not deserve the kid etc is crazy. She was just pulling up her pants, I am sure she didn't mean for it to happen.
It was misfortunate (and the baby was very lucky) but to say that type of shit is stupid.
