I go to his office on thursday last week , and he's like 'Give me your phone' im like iiight ... (shoulda Said naw)
I turned it off & deleted all the texts .... & he put's it in his lil desk and sends me on my way, and gives it back on tuesday
My boy said he texted me .. but i never got them. so duke probably read them, and deleted them

Is that legal .. Isn't that invasion of privacy?

Ohyeah, what I used to do back in the days when I was in highschool.. I used to take the sim card outta the phone, either real quick or just in their face.. 'cause they can't do shit about that, all they asked for was my phone.

shit at my school if they even see you texting in class they will go through your phone, text and pics. Alot of dudes i know are now sexual predators or w/e cause they were caught with nudes.
