I don't see why anyone has any trouble at all quitting cannabis.
The main reason people don't stop is because they simply don't see a good reason to. It's not an unhealthy habit (speaking relatively) and it's effects are fairly controllable. Not to sound like a dick, but I highly doubt you'll need any "help" unless you're just really weak-minded.
I mean...there aren't even any strong withdrawal symptoms for most anyone, and even when it is an addiction, it's mental and not physical. Not like opiate addiction, that can lay you up in bed puking and aching all over your body. Or in extreme cases, like with heroin, where you can actually die from the withdrawal symptoms.
Anyway, pretty much all of this wasn't directed at you, I'd just like to say that if you can't stop, then you'll have problems with being addicted to relatively harmless, non-addictive things your entire life. BUT, if that's the case, then kudos to you for actively trying to determine that, so you can alter your thought-patterns and improve your life.
