Unban Sticcy Z

Yo wtf is up with his ban still being in issue? The man has been banned for like a year, if not more. Way I see it, the people he offended then, aren't even on anymore and no one even remembers that shit anyway so what's the problem? He did his time, he kept patient, now he deserves another chance. He used to be a key member around these fields, and I miss the dude (no homo). How can you moderators and admins keep a grudge for that long??? For real.
