.. and convert the YouTube link and wait till it finish uploading you can then go to zshare.net mediafire.com, etc. (Note : this is just a little 'help' information on wanting to have MP3's all day long..) I used it for my site that I was posting music at and it helped a lot..

I just buy CDs from specific artists (B.o.B, Em, Billy Talent & Disturbed) and download everything else from mp3raid.com

You can only get the mp3 in quality as good as the original video.
Don't expect some CDQ shit.
