No tats in 8mile ?

He got his tattoos way before 2002 ,but in 8 mile specially in the last scene you can clearly see his clear arms. How did they do that? Or did he get his tattoos after 8mile? Please don't cuss if this question has been asked before.

They must of just covered them with make-up. I know they're not blanked out digitally as if you see him in the set, on the extras of the DVD, you can't see them then either.

I noticed this too when I was watching it about a month ago. I'm sure that makeup was just put on, a lot of actors do that to appear younger. Like in Transformers, Megan Fox covered her tattoos because she was portraying a 17 year old. I think Em was portraying probably someone who was in his early 20's, but he's meant to look poor, and you have money if you have tattoos, so that could be it, I don't know though

yeah that, and for the simpler reason that when you looked at those tatoos, you know you're looking at Eminem.

ok, he got his D12 tattoos on his arms and his top left arm tattoo during MMLP days. He got his top right arm tatoo around Eminem Show days. He got flames added around his D12 tatts during Encore days, and he got proof tattoo during re-up days. In 8mile they covered it up with make-up
