Only reason they're starting to go rampant with video blocking again btw is because they failed to reach a new agreement with YouTube. They're not happy with the amount of revenue Google give them.

Again, usually not the artists but the greedy fucking labels. They make enough already and continue to make profit despite unstoppable free online distribution so why can't they just go fuck themselves and stop trying to govern the cunting Internet.

They're so stupid. Throwing their toys out the pram "WEHH, WE WANT MOOOORE MONEY". They can't fight it. Do they seriously think blocking videos makes the slightest bit of difference to the ratio at which people watch the shit for free anyway.

There's so many ways of media-distribution now it's quite literally impossible and illegal for them to govern them all and when they stop one, people move to the next or create a new one. They're outnumbered, outsmarted and overpowered.

Not just labels, I mean the copyright fighters as a whole. They need to get a grip, wise-up and move INTO the new digital distribution of media and learn how to use it as an income stream or benefit in some way. It's an automatic viral mechanism of marketing anyway and only benefits them regardless of profit. And costs them nothing, people are creating new interest for free.

They should be greatful people are interested enough in the work to bother doing it instead of treating them like fucking criminals. Every old wrinkly lord-like asshole trying to add another billion to his bankroll and bitching about free downloading needs to get with it or ship the fuck out.
