It's not weird!! Em is just a better rapper than Jay-Z. Blueprint's sengels was the best songs from the album, but Relapse's was one of the worst (not Beautiful).

why weird? Em is always bigger than Jay-Z. BP3 is Jay-Z's most successful album and Relapse which is Em's lowest selling album still outsold it. Just imagine if Recovery had amazing singles
