Why on the back cover does it say Dr.Dre for executive producer ?
when there are different variety of producers ?

Dr. Dre and Just Blaze executively produced the album. Dre just wasn't their as much beats wise, and exec. wise, as before/past albums.

Producer mean more than simply providing a beat. a producer can simply provide funding of some form for a project and be considered a producer, for example.
