So, is the album officially out in Eurpore or summin??

Cruising through Itunes, I seen that a few countries have it available already, in Ireland its already the #1 album on their Itunes chart and people are leaving coments.........I thought it wasnt out anywhere till monday. whats the deal??......Also, if its out in any of them countries, someone link me to the bonus tracks

Yeah album comes out on the 18th in some European countries, not the UK though (shame 
).
Bonus tracks as far as I know will only be released on the 21st via iTunes Deluxe version
