He wouldn't put out a pre-written freestyle which came out a full month before Recovery did, even more maybe I forget, as a bonus track which you have to buy. He released one pre-written freestyle song prior to the announcements of Relapse and Recovery. Neither were chosen as bonus tracks. And legally I'm pretty sure he can't use two copyrighted beats from other artists songs in his song and earn profit from it. Was "I'm Having A Relapse" a bonus track off of Relapse? No. And there are already 30 second snippets from each bonus song, which are neither any part of Despicable.
