Em's vocals & producers.

Postby Berry » Jun 24th, '10, 22:47

I remember way back when 50 mentioned in an interview that Em wasn't happy when the producer of 'Forever' re-remixed his vocals. Ever since then, these producers on Recovery have all seem to have said that Em was in the studio with them the entirety of the time while working on his records, almost supervising them.

Was he worried that they might mix his vocals to what they believed sounded good & not to what he wanted?... or was he tryin to pick up on their certain techniques, so when Em retires he has more knowledge about producing.

Do you believe this to be the case? Or am I looking too much into this?

Um, 50 said that in a hot 97 interview last year. You can probably find it on you tube.
