I thought he could freestyle so why isnt he?

"freestyles" like "Greg", "Hazardous Youth", Gun in Your Grill" have I heard with lots of different beats.

Freestyle just means that they`ll match any beat, they`re "Show your skill shit", as said by Eminem. He said about the hip-hop shop, when droppin a rhyme people don`t wanna hear you say i got a house with a mouse rhymes, so you come with a pre-written rhyme. But, Eminem has come off the top of the dome on a lot of freestyles like : Rhyming Words, Any Word, Big Lincoln, Just rhyming with Proof, all are great. If you haven`t heard these let me know and i`ll up them for you!! :8)

I had all the freestyles before any bootlegs of themcame out, got most of them from p2p programs like limewire. Just be clever with your search words and you`ll find some rare shit, the rare stuff does take longer to download though!
