No Apologies wasn't anything special for a Prime-Eminem track. It was heaven compared to the garbage he'd put out during the pill era...
3rd verse isn't that good. I think the first 2 verses were written in 2001 and he added the 3rd one on in 2002 after the ambien started to cloud his brain a little.
