Any album that had Crack A Bottle, My Mom, We Made You, Must be the Ganja on it can not be a classic.

Wtf is up with all the hate on My Mom or Must Be The Ganja? I really don't get it. My Mom is classic Shady, and it's funny. It's one of the few songs on Relapse that he doesn't use the accent heavily on. I don't understand why people don't like it as much as I do. I guess it's because it's about his mom, but really, that shouldn't mean it's not a decent song. And MBTG is awesome, the 2nd verse in particular, the hook is uninspired, but the beat is crazy and he flows so well with it.

Can someone please explain this to me? And not be a dick about it, though most of you probably will be. I wanna know what's so fucking horrible about those two songs

Came back to annihilate, the game's in dire straights, as I await
Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

It's good but not Classic Em. A good step up from the album prior though.

idk man some people are just huge douches and say stupid things without really thinking.

both of them are dope songs especially 'must be the ganja'.

and omg @ this verse..
How many people you know who can name every serial killer who ever existed in a row,
Put em in chronological order beginning with Jack the Ripper,
Name the time and place from the body the bag the zipper,
Location of the woods where the body was dragged and then dumped,
The trunk that they were stuffed in, the model the make the plate
And which model which lake they found her in,
And how they attacked the victim,
Say which murder weapon was used to do what and which one,
Which knife and which gun, what kid what wife and which nun,
Don't stop, I like this, it's fun, the fucking nights just begun

How can anyone say this song sucks?? :facepalm

On 2nd thought mbtg is one of his top 15 best songs ever(between 10 - 15 )

Definitely NOT! The only songs on that album with real substance were "Beautiful" and "Deja Vu". Everything else was just mediocre for Eminem standards.

"The Marshall Mathers LP" is an UNDISPUTED CLASSIC! "Relapse" is not even on that album's radar. So yeah, if "Relapse" is ever to be considered a classic by anyone, then change the definition of the word classic.

But forget everything I've just the said. The fact that Eminem himself renounces that album should answer the originating question.

Eminem also said Lil Wayne is one of the best rappers out and said Jim Jones is dope.
