Both videos are out of the charts, but they're not deleted from YouTube, and they still have the view-counts that make them eligible for entering in the Top 15 Most Viewed Videos Of All Time.

Anyone know why this happened?

But the all time most viewed videos count is kind of messed up,aka Shakira with waka waka is on #13 with over 217mill views and Gaga -just dance(124mil) or Pitbul-i know you want me(148mill) are way higher...
